with Kieu Pham Gray
Immerse yourself in this opportunity to experience a three-day jewelry-making retreat and study under Kieu Pham Gray in the beautiful mountain town of Tahoe City, California. Prepare to refresh your creative spirit.
You will spend quality time in a comfortable studio classroom focused on creating a one-of-a-kind dimensional bracelet and dynamic pendant that moves. You’ll savor delicious meals with Kieu and fellow classmates, then relax and unwind at the Welcome Social and Instructor Showcase. The retreat will wrap up with a Group Photo Session after class to celebrate your accomplishment and provide lasting memories of our time together in Tahoe City.
Piece by piece you will put together a bracelet with dimension and add a little color with semi-precious stones. Then you will move onto a kinetic pendant using your ring making skills for another purpose. Each piece will have its own unique challenges in soldering and design. You will learn how to work through the mechanics of each piece and the hidden aspects that make it all move. Students will have the opportunity to tweak each piece to give their own flare.
